Naso-Flo Nasopharyngeal Airway Device
The Naso-Flo nasopharyngeal airway device allows direct oxygen delivery, while humidification vents near the distal tip facilitate heat and moisture transfer.
It can also be supplied with an optional respiratory indicator with or without the hydrophobic filter.
The Naso-Flo, Nasopharyngeal Airway Device, is made from soft silicone to minimize trauma during insertion and delivers oxygen directly into the pharynx, reducing anatomical dead space.
Once the patient’s tidal volume is exceeded, the upper airway acts as a natural oxygen reservoir. It is available with or without a respiratory indicator for CO2 detection at the distal tip, with an optional hydrophobic filter to prevent monitor contamination.
Humidification vents and its physiological positioning enhance oxygen humidification, while an optional ventilation adaptor enables connection to a breathing system.
