With Over 38 years of experience in the leading medical imaging industry, in 2005, Reno Itzhaki founded Eltec Medical. What began as a supplier of pre-owned medical imaging equipment quickly grew into a family-owned business specializing in medical devices and supplies.

After completing his dual degree in law and economics, Ofer went to an internship focusing on commercial law and is a certified lawyer. In 2008, Ofer decided to make a career shift and joined his father as a sales manager at Eltec Medical.

For years, Ofer was responsible for locating and introducing new medical products into the Israeli market. During this time, the company significantly enhanced its product portfolio and market share.
In 2015, Ofer became the CEO of Eltec Medical, continuing the family tradition of prioritizing “Quality First” in the products they market.

Koby holds an LLB in law. After completing an internship at one of Israel’s leading law firms, he decided to pursue his passion for technology and apply his knowledge of computers.

Koby has led an automation overhaul at Eltec Medical, addressing the company’s growing needs. His persistent pursuit of greater efficiency and improved lead times has transformed the logistics center into a dynamic operation capable of diverse and efficient tasks, significantly enhancing the level of service our customers receive.

Amit holds a B.A. in behavioral sciences, specializing in psychology and cognitive science, as well as an M.B.A. in marketing strategies. For over a decade, he has served as an instructor in emergency medicine, advanced CPR, and first aid, training hundreds of first responders and emergency medical teams across the country.
This experience has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and needs faced by healthcare professionals in high-pressure environments.

Amit has established himself as a skilled Hemodialysis Solutions Manager and a successful business developer. His expertise lies in providing exceptional customer support and detailed product knowledge to medical staff while employing strategic thinking and market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
By aligning product strategies with market demands, Amit not only drives business success but also fosters long-term partnerships and enhances customer satisfaction at every level.

Yarden holds a B.A. in Management Information Systems and a M.B.A, bringing over a decade of extensive experience in OR medical device sales.
His deep industry knowledge and expertise have positioned him as a key professional in the field. At Eltec Medical, Yarden is responsible for managing and driving the rapid growth of the Anesthesiology product range.
With a proven track record in sales and product specialization, Yarden excels at building strong relationships across all organizational levels and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of healthcare professionals. His role involves not only advancing innovative medical technologies but also ensuring optimal outcomes for both patients and medical teams.

With nearly a decade in basketball coaching, Kobi transitioned into logistics before making a significant leap into the medical device arena. As a certified biomedical engineering technician, his technical expertise, coupled with a robust background in logistics, makes Kobi an invaluable asset to our team. His skills align seamlessly with our commitment to enhancing service quality and meeting the evolving demands of our customers.
